Data,
Responsibility
& Use
ARCHIATO designs computational systems, digital architectures, and decision frameworks for complex, high-stakes environments.
We do not operate platforms, host end users, broker data, or monetize information. Our work enables clients to deploy precise, intentional systems under their control.
Data & Intellectual Property
All client data, content, credentials, and intellectual property remain exclusively owned by the client. ARCHIATO does not claim ownership, resell, extract, or independently exploit any client systems or data.
Our role is limited to design, development, and delivery as instructed. Clients retain full authority over use, operation, and outcomes.
Operational Responsibility
ARCHIATO provides strategic design, technical judgment, and implementation expertise. We do not control, operate, or enforce policies on deployed systems.
Clients are responsible for governance, compliance, and lawful operation. Privacy, security, and data-minimization principles are embedded by design, but execution remains client-led.
Alignment & Refusal
ARCHIATO may decline or discontinue engagement where intent, constraints, or downstream use are unclear, misaligned, or pose disproportionate risk.
Selective engagement is a deliberate practice to maintain ethical, technical, and strategic integrity.
Security & Compliance
Security and privacy are integrated across all stages of design. Data minimization, access control, and auditability are implemented as default system properties.
Our work reflects global data protection principles while remaining adaptable to jurisdiction-specific legal and regulatory frameworks.
Transparency & Ongoing Responsibility
ARCHIATO promotes transparency, restraint, and accountability in all projects. We assess intent and impact to reduce unintended consequences.
Clients are encouraged to maintain responsible use throughout the full system lifecycle, including post-deployment operation.
